Player Profile Help

User Information:

• First Name, Last Name, User Name, Password, Re-type Password and Date of Birth are all required
  fields. These fields must have a value in order for the profile to be saved. Otherwise you will see an error
  message when you attempt to save your profile.
  
  
• Choose a unique User Name that you will easily remember. If the User Name that you choose is already
  taken by another account, you will receive an error message when you try to save your profile and you will
  need to choose another User Name.
  
  
• Your User Name should only contain letters, numbers and underscores. It needs to have at least one alpha
  character.
  
  
• Choose a Password that you will easily remember. If the Password that you type in the Password field does
  not match the Password that you type in the Re-type Password field, you will receive an error.
  
  
• The Date of Birth should be entered in the format MM/DD/YYYY.
  
  
• The Date of Birth will be required for use when retreiving lost a User Name or Password.

Contact:

• Home Phone, E-mail Address and Re-type E-mail Address are all required fields. These fields must have
  a value in order for the profile to be saved. Otherwise you will see an error message when you attempt to save
  your profile.
  
  
• Your Home Phone, Cell Phone, Work Phone and Fax numbers should be entered in the format
  555-555-5555.
  
  
• If the E-mail Address that you type in the E-mail Address field does not match the E-mail Address that you
  type in the Re-type E-mail Address field, you will receive an error.
  
  
• If you would like to receive handicap E-mail, leave the default value of the Receive Hdcp E-mail drop-down
  field to "Yes". Otherwise, change the value in the drop-down field to "No".

Address:

• Mailing Address, City, State and Zip are all required fields. These fields must have a value in order for the
  profile to be saved. Otherwise you will see an error message when you attempt to save your profile.
  
  
• Enter Shipping Address information only if it is different from your Mailing Address information.

Personal Information:

• Gender is a required field. This field must have a value in order for the profile to be saved. Otherwise you will
  see an error message when you attempt to save your profile.
  
  
• The High School Graduation Year should be entered in the format YYYY.

Club Memberships:

• You must have at least one Club Membership added to your profile.
  
  
• Remember that the first club membership that you add is your default club membership. If you are a member
  of multiple clubs, enter your default club membership first, and then enter your other club memberhip(s).
  
  
• Club membership records can only be associated with one profile.
